North East Veteran's Tennis Group

The remaining tournaments on the North East Veteran's Tennis Group (NEVTG) 2011-12 calendar will be held at - 

1. Wagga Wagga - Saturday and Sunday 5 and 6 May 2012.
2. Yarrawonga - Sunday 13 May 2012

Wednesday Veteran's Tennis - Wodonga

Depending on the weather & availability of courts, members & visitors who generally meet the criteria for Australian Seniors Tennis (age 35 plus) are welcome to play in our casual social tennis afternoons. Players, irrespective of gender are allocated to graded matches with sets (normally doubles) comprising of eight games with each player having two serves. Players are able to opt in or out of sets during the day & if electing to play all sets, you could play up to four sets for the afternoon.

Play commences around 1:30pm and is finished by 4:00pm. Full members & social members are entitled to play for free and there is a nominal fee ($6) for visitors on a per week basis.

The lawn courts are generally available from late Spring to early Autumn and at other times the matches are played on the synthetic grass or clay courts, depending on numbers.
